I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and hospitality at Albergo Martini. Despite the language barrier, the staff made an effort to communicate and ensure my comfort. The homemade cakes and cookies at breakfast were a delightful treat. The value for money was excellent.
One drawback was the inconvenience of parking up the street, but it was free so I can't complain too much. Another minor inconvenience was the extra charge for using the air conditioner and refrigerator.

We loved the helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and the opportunity to relax in the thermal pool. The hotel's chef prepared a delightful surprise dinner and the breakfast had a variety of delicious homemade options. The location was convenient for exploring the beautiful surrounding towns.
For us, it was ideal.

We loved the rustic interiors and the friendly service. the staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes, biscuits, and fresh fruits. It’s a perfect location for exploring nearby Tuscan villages like Montepulciano and Pienza. Our room was cozy with clean linens and comfortable beds. the bathroom was well-maintained, and the shower had hot water throughout. the hotel had a good restaurant with home-style cooking and an excellent meal. the thermal pools of Piscine Theia were a highlight of our trip.
The parking was a bit inconvenient, but it was free.

Located in the heart of Tuscany, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the region. the staff were helpful and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including homemade cakes and fresh fruit. the rooms were clean and tidy, offering a pleasant stay.
We were disappointed to discover that air conditioning came with an extra cost, especially during the hot summer months. the shower was also outdated and featured a door that had difficulty opening and closing properly.
